by Jennifer Wang

Early on, I joked to people that my introverted self would be just fine during social distancing. But nature has the last laugh, as always. I do miss the little things taken for granted, like meeting with friends in coffee shops or just being around other people in general, however fraught that can be.

Since so much of our connecting with people and the wider world is through digital means currently, I’ve learned that I’m incredibly grateful just to look out my window and see sky and some green plants. And not everyone has access to such a view, so that makes me all the more grateful.
